I wouldn't normally highlight mindless fluff, but sometimes something comes along that makes your jaw drop, both because someone dared to do it, and because it makes you laugh so much. Here's an example which has raised quite a stir in the past few days, from Highschool of the Dead:

The animators clearly aren't going to win any prizes for the accuracy of their physics, but full marks for finding a use for bullet-time that the Wachowski brothers probably never in their wildest dreams considered...
