A few new licence announcement from the Easter weekend. First up, FUNimation have picked up Jogoku Shoujo (just the first season for now), which they'll be releasing under the Engish title of Hell Girl. They've also picked up the home DVD rights for One Piece, which will now be getting a proper, uncut release. Maybe there's hope for my Tokyo Mew Mew campaign yet.
Bandai Entertainment have also been in on the licensing act, and will be bringing mecha series Zegapain to R1.
Meanwhile, SynchPoint's licence to I'm Gonna Be an Angel has lapsed - with only one volume of the series released, fans will no doubt be hoping someone else will pick the title up and finish it off. One for RightStuf, perhaps?
