Comics212 have a sneak peek at PiQ, the replacement for Newtype/USA. The first thing noticeable is the shift away from anime onto more mainstream entertainment, with games & US live-action TV shows also making it into the magazine - which to me means it's not the direct replacement for Newtype that publishers ADV would have us believe.
