Despite making some progress, Yamato's relationship with Suzuka continues to be something of an up-and-down affair - every time he does something good and makes a favourable impression with her, he follows it up with something dumb. Two steps forward, one step back. Ayano seems to think there are possibilties, though, and sends the two out on a shopping trip together. It's Yamato's first experience of shopping with a woman, and it doesn't make for a good day out, but an afternoon stop at the local shrine shows Suzuka another side of Yamato that she didn't know existed...
