BostTVHot on the heels of Crunchyroll's announcement of legit DRM-free downloads, BOST TV have stepped up to confirm they'll be offering their two GONZO shows in DRM-free format. Each episode of The Tower of Druaga: the Aegis of Uruk and Blassreiter will cost 100 BOST Points - that's about US$2 or £1 - and for your money you'll get a two-week window to stream the show in 640x360 resolution, along with the ability to download-to-own in formats suitable for the PlayStation Portable (480x264) and Apple iPod / iPhone / iPod touch (320x240). Methinks BOST have just taken the lead in the download-to-own world.

As an added bonus, register with the site before April 2nd, and BOST will provide the first episodes of both shows for free. What more could you want?
