 Making up in some ways for the 'controversial' final episode of the Mahoromatic series proper, the Summer Special takes us back to the times before Management, when Suguru's ecchi collection was still a priority...
All Dirty Thoughts are Bad!
It's a battle royale between Suguru & Mahoro, as he tries to find a
way to keep his 'treasures' safe from Mahoro's seemingly infallible
ability to track his porn mags down within minutes of getting them into
the house... When the boys finally come up with a plan they think is
infallible, Mahoro calls the girls together for a retaliatory strike -
even going so far as to bring Ms Shikijo in on the scheme. Against such
organised opposition, can Suguru and co keep their collection safe for
long..?
In short: Pure. Comedy. Gold. Although a word of advice - don't
watch it with you're Significant Other around - there's unhealthy
levels of fanservice to be found here. ^^; Apart from that, it's like
any other comedy episode of Mahoromatic, pumped up to another
level - and amazingly good fun to watch as a result. I can't help but
think how much better the TV series would have been if it had stuck to
this kind of episode instead of getting into the Management-led angsty
stuff - but that's another conversation.
As far as this disc goes, while it's only 1 episode it's a must-buy
for any fans of the TV series' more ecchi side. Classic stuff. |
