Update 20 April: MB have confirmed the 2 titles they couldn't mention.. As suspected, Giant Robo is one, along with the Ginrei Specials. The second is Gokusen, a Yakuza-turned-highschool-teacher show currently airing in Japan.

Sort-of. They're just back from Japan with 2 new licenses, but the paperwork's not complete so they couldn't announce the titles. A hint was dropped, though - one of the shows is a giant robot show, featuring 'a girl who goes well with tonic', that is currently undergoing re-mastering in Japan. To some, that sounds a lot like Giant Robo.

But of course, that's all speculation... :)

Updated: Seems they've also lost the previously-announced license for Tales of Eternia. No news on if anyone else has picked it up.
