Guu Final - Title CardAnother series of Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu gets belatedly underway, and Weda and family head back to the city (much to Clive's dismay), and Hale falls in love.  Aww.  But somehow, it just isn't the same as life in the city...

1 - Greetings
Weda receives a video-letter from Beru, who really doesn't look like she's in very good shape.  Can you say "guilt trip into coming back home", anyone?  The tape was hand-delivered by Robert, and he's expecting to take a reply back.  Problem is, all of the village seems to want to be in it.  There's also something about the tone of voice in part of the message from her mother that bothers Weda - so before you know it, the family are on thier way to the city once more...

Guu Final - Messages from homeGuu Final - Violence alert

2 - Rita
Hale's getting fed up with the city already and wants to get back to the jungle, not that anyone is paying attention to him.  He's tried just about every line he can think of to persuade Weda to go back to the village, but al his efforts get him is a place in the local school - but when he meets a cute young girl, he suddenly changes his mind...

Guu Final - Down, girl...Guu Final - Love at first sight?

I miss the jungle already - Jungle Guu without the jungle just isn't right, but that's what it looks like we're getting, at least for a while.  What could liven it up is a battle for Hale's affection, but I doubt Guu is the type - she'd rather torture him, right?

Anyway.  The humour level hasn't changed any from the previous two seasons, so you can at least be guaranteed a laugh even if the setting is a bit off.  If you've seen Guu before you'll know the drill - if you haven't, wait for the DVD release later in the year and start from the beginning.  It'll make more sense that way.  Either way, it;s still highly recommended midless entertainment...
