A new company on the anime scene, Illumitoon, have announced their first license - Beet the Vandel Buster - and their intention to pick up more along the way. Formed by a group of ex-FUNimation employees, Illumitoon (I really, really hate the word "toon") seem to be taking more of a 4Kids approach to localisation and adaptation, but have committed themselves to providing Japanese audio and subtitles for the "true anime fan". Time will tell how their releases fare.
