Given the current brouhaha in Japan about eroge censorship, I can't help but think this might not be the best of times for such things, but online store JAST USA have announced a partnership with visual novel producer Nitroplus that will see JAST handle the translation and distribution of their titles to English-speaking audiences. JAST already distribute a range of visual novels via their website, but the translation aspect is new. According to Nitroplus' new English-language website, eroge game Zanma Taisei Demonbane looks set to be the first release. Eroge, for the blissfully sheltered, are visual novels with a sexually explict nature - in Demonbane's case, expect tentacles. Not for the faint-hearted.
