Manga UK slipped another license announcement into their Twitter feed over the weekend, quietly enough that I almost missed it. The title is TO (which rhymes with "no", I'm told), a two-episode OVA series adapted from Yukinobu Hoshino's hard sci-fi manga series 2001 Nights. The series appeared in Japan in late-2009 - no word on its UK release date, as Manga are waiting on the dub.
